    Review: Gee-Whiz by Vixen Creations

    0
By Zoe on June 17, 2013 Reviews, Toy Reviews, Written

1106000-a-Gee-Whiz-Magic-Wand-Attachment (1)One of the things that I dislike about my Hitachi Magic Wand (now called the Original Magic Wand) is that the head is not silicone making it more difficult to clean. (The other complaint was the noise if you were wondering.) So when our friends at Babeland told us they were sending us the Gee-Whiz by Vixen Creations for review, I was ecstatic.

Though once I unboxed it, I couldn’t stop laughing. Inside the usual clear plastic Vixen Creation tube was one of the strangest looking things I have seen. It is a convex dome with a dildo attached. Due to the blue marbled color, it reminded me of an elephant’s trunk. Chuckling I took it over to show to Cooper, who looked at it and told me that it looked like Gonzo’s nose. Growing up with the original Muppet Show, my eyes widened – he was right. Great, now how was I going to masturbate with a Muppet’s nose?!

    The Specs:

The Gee-Whiz is made soft flexible silicone that allows for easy cleanup with toy cleaner, soap and water or top rack of the dishwasher. Which is a good thing as it is a bit on the sticky side, so will collect dust and lint.

Approximate dimensions are a bit difficult to gauge, but will try. It fits over the head of the Magic Wand so has a cut out with cylindrical measure of 2” diameter by 2.25” height. The walls of the dome are about .25” thick with a .5” bottom lip. Though it is about .25” thicker than those measurements underneath the dildo as there is a bump for clit stimulation. The attached dildo is about 6” in length (4” insertable) with a diameter of 1.25”.

    My thoughts:

The Gee- Whiz fit on the Magic Wand quite snuggly, much like a latex glove or a condom; but does not cover the entire head. If it the cut out portion of the dome was about .25” deeper it would completely encase the head of the Magic Wand. Since it doesn’t, it is important to still clean the original head. So this attachment doubles the clean up instead of decreasing it.

When turned on the vibrations travel through the dome with little diffusion. In fact, the vibrations travel through the dildo without losing much in the line of strength.

While inserting the dildo on the Gee-Whiz felt nice, I am really not crazy about vibration against my g-spot. I tend to like more of a thrusting feeling. However, with complete insertion, I was able to tilt the Magic Wand in such a way to get the vibrations directly on my clit. I will often like to have something inside for my pussy to grab onto (fingers, dildo, etc) while I use the Magic Wand on my clit. The Gee-Whiz was able to complete this task without an extra toy or person.

There have been times during play that I have wished that I could get the Magic Wand up inside of me. (I suppose I could work at that more, but for now the Gee-Whiz is as close to this desire, as I can get.

The Gee-Whiz by Vixen Creations makes a decent addition to my toy collection and even if it looks like Gonzo’s nose, I would recommend it to anyone who likes g-spot vibration or internal fullness as well as external stimulation.

    Thanks Babeland!
