Review: Pure Wand by Njoy – OOh Shiny!

    1
By Zoe on June 30, 2013 Reviews, Toy Reviews, Written

The nJoy Pure Wand is the most wonderful manual g-spot toy on the planet. (The Stronic Eins being the most wonderful automatic one). Of course, this is just my opinion, but I am sure that there are many people out there that would echo such a sentiment.

The Pure Wand looks like a comma: a sleek flawless medical-grade stainless steal 10” comma with balls on each end. The smaller ball has a diameter of 1” while the larger has a diameter of 1.5”. The Pure Wand is rather heavy, weighing in at 24 ounces. But it is perfectly balanced for p-spot or g-spot stimulation. It is the “ooh shiny” that attracts me away from anything else.

Because it is made of stainless steal, it can be washed with soap and water, boiled or put in the dishwasher to clean it. It can be used in the bathtub (or hot tub – hello Desire). And the Pure Wand can be used with any type of lubrication.

    My experiences:

The first time I saw the nJoy Pure Wand in action, it was being used on a woman lying next to me. The gentleman was an expert in handling it and she was gushing. He asked me if I wanted to try it. Always eager to learn new things, I jumped at the chance. Taking over where he left off, I noticed how well balanced the Pure Wand was. It took little to no effort to move it to stimulate her g-spot and keep the orgasms going; two fingers did the trick.

The next time I saw the Pure Wand in use, was at a Swingset get together. Our editor was on her back experiencing the ecstasy that is often the result of a nJoy product in expert hands. I think she would have smuggled Dylan’s Pure Wand home in her luggage if she could have gotten away with it! (Some how I think Tonia would have noticed it missing. Not to mention, the airline would have made her check her luggage as the Pure Wand could be considered a lethal weapon – a weapon of mass blissful orgasm.)

My own use has been varied. I am not comfortable with anything stimulating my g-spot until I am completely warmed up – sometimes even needing a clitoral orgasm before I am comfortable with something ramming up against my g-spot; so my first couple of trials with the Pure Wand were not pleasant.

After learning more about what I need before I can enjoy g-spot stimulation, I tried the Pure Wand again. This time I found myself gushing all over the Liberator Throe and my partner and saying my usual “Again! Again!”

I have also used the nJoy Pure Wand in solo play. Because of its perfect balance, it is easy enough to use independently when both standing up and laying down. There is neither need for a massive amount of dexterity nor need for an uncomfortable position in order to get myself to orgasm.

If it isn’t clear from this review, I HIGHLY recommend the nJoy Pure Wand. In fact, I think it should be a necessary part of every woman’s toolbox!

Zoe first described herself as "bad at monogamy" until about five years ago when she and her husband discovered the term that actually described her: polyamorous. Since then they have opened their family to other partners. Zoe is currently juggling relationships with her husband, their two kids, her husband's girlfriend, and a slew of friends/loves that she calls her tribal poly family.
