Big Teaze Toys Retro Rocket Vibrator Review

Review: Travel Size I Rub My Duckie and Retro Rocket by Big Teaze Toys

Big Teaze Toys Retro Rocket Vibrator ReviewIt has been many years since I have had toys to play with in the bathtub. I remember the days when the kids were young. Bath time was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing times of the day. The tub would be filled with rubber duckies, battleships, tugboats and mermaids. The kids could stay in there for at least an hour happily splashing with their toys.

Tonight I have my own toys to play with. Big Teaze Toys has sent me a Travel Size I Rub My Duckie and a Retro Rocket. They sit on the side of the tub where the kids’ toys once laid. The water is warm towards hot and I can’t wait for it to finish filling the tub.

Grabbing a towel and locking the door, I lay down in the tub. I love warm water. It has always been a huge turn on for me. I have had sex in hot tubs, pools, showers, lakes because the feeling of the water enveloping my skin is a sensation like no other. Though strangely enough, I have never given much thought to masturbating in the bathtub until I started doing waterproof toy reviews.

When the Big Teaze Toys had arrived, I had inserted the required batteries: one triple A for the Duckie and one double A for the Rocket. So they were as ready to go as I was.

I started with the Travel Size I Rub My Duckie. It looks like a regular yellow rubber ducky, but has an on/off dial on the bottom and is not made of rubber. It is made of a hard ABS plastic that contains no latex, phthalates, lead or heavy metals. Even though it is solid, it does float; however, it did not want to sit upright in the water. It floated in a face down position like it wanted to dive down and get to business. Turning the switch to the on position, the Duckie whirred to life. Since it was the Travel Size it had only one speed, where the original has three. It was not as strong as I had hoped, but then I am used to the Hitachi Magic Wand. And I must admit, it was much quieter that that toy.

Big Teaze Toys I Rub My Duckie Vibrator ReviewTrying to use the Duckie was an interesting experience. I found that the vibrations were strongest on the head and the tail feathers. While I found the image of rubbing my clit with the Duckie a little odd, it did feel quite good.

I was curious to see what the Retro Rocket could do. The Rocket named Pathfinder sits on it’s own separate molded lunar surface. It also made of a hard ABS plastic that contains no latex, phthalates, lead or heavy metals. I was a bit more nervous about this toy with its nose cone that opens for battery insertion. The nose cone has three positions: open, off, on. However, the instructions claimed that when in the on position, this toy is completely water proof. So I took a chance and turned it on.

The Retro Rocket is extremely powerful and rather loud. Even being underwater did not quiet it much. But wow, did it feel good. This was a toy that I had no problem using for internal stimulation as well as clit stimulation. I was amazed at how quickly the Retro Rocket brought me to orgasm.

After my bath, my husband told me to hide the Duckie so that my daughter didn’t abscond with it. She loves anything rubber ducky-ish and thought it might be a bit strange for our 9 year old to be running around with a vibrator.

The Retro Rocket is hidden in plain sight; sitting on the shelf with my collection of Star Trek and Dr. Who memorabilia waiting for my next bath night.
