Review: Crystal Delights' Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail Plug

Review: Crystal Delights’ Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail Plug

Review: Crystal Delights' Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail PlugI didn’t think that I could love anything as much as my Crystal Delight’s Crystal Minx Tail Plug, especially now that I have ears that coordinate. I have worn it several times: to a party, to a friend’s house, even around my house to do my laundry. It feels wonderfully sexy. I was purr-fectly content.

That was before Crystal Delights sent me a Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail Plug. It is as soft as a bunny; but that shouldn’t be a surprise since it is made from real rabbit fur. And the tail is my favorite color, black. Dare I say that it is just as lovely as my Canadian Red Fox Tail? Well, at least I am poly, so have no problem loving more than one. But the choice in getting “dressed” now is sooo much more difficult.

Now that I have gotten used to wearing an anal plug, I was no longer intimidated by the size of the Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail Plug. This plug is about the same size as the one on my other tail. It is impossible to be exactly the same, as they are hand crafted Borosilicate (pyrex) glass. It measures approximately 3.3” long (2.8” insertable) with a widest width of 1.3.” The bulb has a narrow stem with a flared base (flange) – after all, “without a base, without a trace” as the saying goes.

I was able to pop it in right away without difficulty; though I suggest always using lots of water-based or silicone lube.

What makes the Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail Plug unique is the Neodymium SuperMagnet on the end of the plug and on the tail. These are some of the most powerful magnets available. In fact, Crystal Delights suggests sliding the tail to the side to detach it, rather than pulling on it. This way you can remove the tail from the plug without damaging it.

The idea of removing the tail is brilliant. Removal makes cleaning the plug so much easier. I don’t need to worry about not getting soap and water on the tail.

I also didn’t have to worry about getting ejaculate on my Bunny Tail. I was wearing it during playtime, while my partner was doing some g-spot stimulation. Just as I began to bear down to squirt, my partner detached the tail placing it safely out of the way of the gush of liquid!

Once removed, my partner decided to use the Bunny Tail for sensation play. It is soft and fluffy enough (and I have such a fondness for fur) that after detaching it for squirting, my partner teased me with it by rubbing it over my breasts and stomach. I was immediately ready for more action.

The absolute best part of the magnetic removal system (as if easy cleanup and sensation play weren't good enough) is that tails can be interchanged! Crystal Delights has said that they will be adding magnets to some of the longer swishier tails and even selling the magnetic tails separately! Personally, I can’t wait to be able to change tails without having to go through the hassle of changing the anal plug.

Crystal Delights has won numerous awards for their Tail Plugs and the Crystal Minx Magnetic Bunny Tail Plug is no exception. It is not only as beautiful as their other Tail Plugs, the magnetic attachment/removal makes this one of the best designed toys in my collection. This is one plug that I am sure will get a lot of use!

Zoe first described herself as "bad at monogamy" until about five years ago when she and her husband discovered the term that actually described her: polyamorous. Since then they have opened their family to other partners. Zoe is currently juggling relationships with her husband, their two kids, her husband's girlfriend, and a slew of friends/loves that she calls her tribal poly family.
