Review: Ride On Extender by Vixen Creations

Ride On Extender by Vixen CreationsI hold in my hand… a fairly intimidating penis. This penis is not my penis, it is the Ride On Extender by Vixen Creations. The Ride On is a PPA, a prosthetic penis attachment, also known as an extender. Generally they're billed as sexual aids for men with erectile dysfunction or for men unhappy with the size of their penis. Many sex toys are billed that way but really… the goal is pleasure, so getting there is important!

I'm fairly happy with my penis, but I kind of enjoyed the thought of having a 10-11 inch member for a while and I was hoping Tonia would too! So I take out the Ride On, and while the sheet of directions tells me how to put it on, I'm just a little apprehensive. The Ride On is designed to fit around the penis, and wrap around the testicles, you pull the ring wide, slap your testicles in, and let the ring close. I however don't have long “Russel Brand” testicles, I have normal sized, close to the penis testicles. Actually… I made a comic for just this situation, you can see it here: http://i.imgur.com/Vzm3p.jpg

Really though, putting the Ride On on isn't so bad, but it did take a little getting used to. Having a ring around your testicles takes a little getting used to. Having a ring around mine meant attempting to stuff them through (don't do that), and using both hands to stretch the ring as far as possible (do that) and very slowly bring it back closed as close to the base of your penis and taint as possible. When you're done you'll have a fully erect 10-11 inch member ready to go!

Part of the challenge of using the Ride On for me was maintaining a healthy erection while putting this on, I wanted this to be a pleasurable for me as well as for Tonia, and while I accomplished that once I fairly quickly lost it. While it's apparent very much attention was paid to the outside design, the inside, even lubricated and worked in, didn't feel like anything special, it just felt like I had rubber wrapped around my cock. I think a little tweaking on the inside of the Ride On may go a long way. To Tonia it felt like she was a virgin again, and while she enjoyed it she also noticed it felt a little more flacid than she expected, I chalk that up to my own losing an erection. The trick to using this device is maintaining an erection so that it feels solid to the woman, it's something I never quite got the hang of, but as PPAs are also used for men with erectile dysfunction, a little stiffening (no I'm not making another comic) of the internal liner may not be too bad. It's hard to strike a good balance with a prosthetic, this may be the best of both worlds, something designed to satisfy both a man and a woman enough, or something designed to satisfy a woman a lot, or something designed to satisfy a man a lot.

This did however do the trick, while I was thrusting with the Ride On, Tonia was feeling pretty good and while I didn't maintain an erection, I still felt fairly good continuing to make her feel good. The Ride On is 100% silicone rubber, meaning the prerequisite water based lubricants can come out to play, and it also means sterilization through boiling works well. When I applied lubricant to this it really did feel fairly authentic. The outside of the cock is veined, uncircumsized, and fairly wide, it is an intimidating sight to see, but I was pretty happy with the results, if confused a little initially.

So if you're looking to try something new, or be able to pleasure someone when you're not quite up to it, I'd say it's worth giving the Ride On a try!
