Review: Fifi by Je Joue – The Raving Rabbid

1

When our friends from MySecretLuxury.com sent us a new package, I was extremely excited. I highly recommend this female owned and operated website. MySecretLuxury.com carries only high end products and every purchase is wrapped in black tissue paper for discretion and style.

Unwrapping the tissue exposed the purple box of Je Joue’s Fifi, the “more rabbit.” Opening the cardboard revealed a very nice black box displaying the vibrator and a covered compartment containing the charger and instruction manual. Though, I was a bit surprised that a toy with such high end packaging did not come with a fabric (satin) storage pouch.

Charging the Fifi was easy. The charger is held on magnetically, allowing it to charge directly through the two silver-colored buttons. The light on the vibe flashes while charging and is solid when done.

Fifi is completely encased in smooth matte silicone, making it not only easy to clean but also completely submergible for bath time fun. It measures 8” in length with about 5” of those are insertable. Fifi’s shaft has a slight upward curve meant to rest against the g-spot and measures about 1.5” in diameter at the widest point. The ears are each about 2” long and form a rough v-shape to nestle the user’s clit.

The Fifi is different in that it has three motors; one for the shaft and one in each ear. Each motor is fairly strong; though can be a little loud on the higher of the five settings. Unfortunately, there is no way to operate the motors separately. However, there are six unique built in patterns to choose from; allowing for 30 different pleasure possibilities.

My Thoughts:

Looking at the control end of the Fifi, I burst out laughing. It looks like a cartoon rabbit; complete with two ears and button eyes. More specifically, it looks like a Raving Rabbid from the game Rayman Raving Rabbids that my children play on the Wii.

Once this thought crossed my mind, it was difficult not to cringe at the thought of putting a Raving Rabbid anywhere near my pussy. But toys must be used (and used several times) for reviews to be written. So I overcame my original trepidation and inserted the Rabbid, I mean Fifi.

I was able to slide the Fifi in without lube as the silicone was very smooth. It has a pleasant girth to give a full feeling, but the shape of the vibe overall did not work for me. In order for me to rest my clit in the rabbit ears, the shaft did not hit my g-spot in the way that would stimulate it much. And if I moved it to feel really good on my g-spot, my clit was not receiving enough stimulation. Because of this, I found it impossible to orgasm with the Fifi. This may have simply been due to how I am built as I have had this problem with many different rabbit type vibrators that I have tried over the years.

Also utilizing the controls was difficult. While I could use the metal buttons to turn it on, increase or decrease speeds and off, depressing the middle button was beyond me. I was unable to press it with either a finger or my fingernail. I finally had to remove Fifi and resort to using a retracted pen in order to change the vibration pattern. This is unacceptable. Buttons that are so vital to the function of a vibrator should be able to be pressed easily while it is in the vagina!

I had two other people try to press the middle button. Not only could neither of them press the button without using something else (nail file, pencil tip), but one of them even asked if I was sure that spot was a button!

So in all honesty, I really can’t recommend the Fifi by Je Joue.  But I can recommend checking out the store that sent it to us, MySecretLuxury.com.

  1. haha! I thought it looked like a Raving Rabbid from Rayman too. I am not at all surprised this was a let down – the 2 clit stimulators just look like they would be in the wrong place for me.
